Terms & Conditions

By entering The Seven Oaks you are bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Licensing

 

 

I. Our licence allows the sale by retail of alcohol, the provision of late-night refreshments and the provision of regulated entertainment, limited to: Performance of plays; Exhibition of films; Live music; Recorded music; Performances of dance;

II. Our personal Licence holders are Matthew Phizacklea, Leighton Russell, Pete Mckenzie and Ashlie Greenwood.

 

III. Our designated premises supervisor is Patrick William Smith for the premise known as The Seven Oaks.

 

IV. We operate to the public between the hours of 12:00 pm - 23:00 pm Monday through to Sunday.

 

V. We operate to the Industry (membership) between the hours of 00:00 am – 06:00 am on weekdays and 00:00 am – 09:00 am on the weekends.

VI. Children under the age of 18 shall not be permitted on the premises after 20:00 pm

2. Weights & Measurements

 

I. Our wine measurements are as follows: Small (125ml), Medium (175ml), Large (250ml) and by the Bottle.

 

II. Our Spirit measurements are as follows: Single (25ml) and Double (50ml).

 

III. Our Draught and Ale measurements are as follows: Half-Pint (284ml) and Pint (568ml)/

 

VI. All Bottles are not permitted to leave the premises if they have been opened. Unopened bottles may be taken off site as long as they are enclosed in a bag.

4. Events & Bookings

I. Bookings do not automatically guarantee confirmation of a place at the event. The Seven Oaks will confirm all bookings in writing. Places cannot be reserved without full payment. All bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

II. The Seven Oaks must be notified of cancellations in writing, or by email to Info@seveoaks.pub.

 

III. We will hold your table no longer than 15 minutes after the expected arrival. At this point, we will make the table available to the public. Please let us know if you are going to be late so we can make sure your table is secure.

IV.  No refunds will be provided on failure to attend an event.

5. Industry Membership

I. To apply as Industry you must work in the following sectors to be able to apply for the late bar, these are: Hospitality; NHS; and Retail

 

II. Proof of both your Payslip and ID will be needed when you sign up for membership, should this be accepted you will be given a unique QR code, Should someone try to access the venue using a QR code that does not belong to them, both parties will receive bans.

 

III. Your membership information will be deleted 6 Months from the date the subscription has ended.

IV. Each Industry Member is entitled to one quest as long as their membership is up-to-date, the guest will only have to prove age with a valid ID

V. Members caught buying drinks for anyone outside the venue or who are to be seen passing QR codes or any other information that infringes the personal data act will be issued with a ban.

Great Value Everyday

 

I. We have a challenge 25 policy at The Seven Oaks, if you are fortunate enough to look under 25 we will require a valid ID.

 

II. Anyone caught buying alcohol for anyone under the age of 18 without proof of ID will be refused service from that point on and will be asked to vacate the premises.

 

III. Children under the age of 18 shall not be permitted on the premises after 20:00 pm
